Job summary

O'Reilly Auto Parts in Brooklyn Park, MN is hiring a Parts Specialist to deliver high levels of service to retail and installer customers. The role supports store management, assists professional customers, processes transactions, handles returns, and maintains stock and planograms.

Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
Provide outstanding, friendly and professional customer service.
Must be able to multitask, handling customers on the phone and in the store at the same time.

Responsibilities

Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist in merchandise selection.
Support store management and installer service specialists for professional customers.
Answer store phone calls, look up parts, quote prices, and promote related items.
Maintain cash drawer, process cash/credit transactions, and handle exchanges/returns per policy.
Update images, planograms, stock, and housekeeping; assist with daily operations and shipments.
Perform in-store services (e.g., wipers, batteries) as trained; may drive deliveries when needed.
