Genuine Parts Company (NAPA) is seeking a Store Pro to be the primary contact for customers in the retail store, delivering expert automotive parts solutions and a high-quality shopping experience.

You will use product knowledge to assist customers, support peers, and operate POS and catalog systems in a fast-paced environment, while contributing to store performance and customer loyalty.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers, and support efficient logistics.
