O'Reilly Auto Parts is seeking a Parts Specialist to provide high level service to retail and installer customers, assist store management, and support professional customers as needed. Bilingual candidates are encouraged to apply.

You will greet customers, process transactions, handle returns, assist with stock, planograms, and in-store services such as battery tests and wiper installations, and you may assist with deliveries when needed.

Qualifications

• Ability to quickly match alphanumeric sequences.
• Outstanding, friendly, professional customer service.
• Must multitask across in-store and phone interactions.
• Fluency in Spanish is highly desired.
• Familiar with automotive parts and related sales.
• ASE certification is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Support managers and installer service specialists for professional customers.
• Process transactions and maintain cash drawer per policy.
• Handle exchanges and returns for credit per policy.
• Assist with inventory tasks: stock, planograms, and stocking shelves.
• Provide in-store services such as battery tests and wiper installations when trained.
