Genuine Parts Company’s NAPA store seeks a Store Pro to serve as the primary contact for customers, delivering automotive parts solutions and a high-quality customer experience. You will support retail and wholesale customers through product knowledge, responsiveness, and engagement.

The role emphasizes accurate parts identification, order fulfillment, and contributing to store performance while maintaining a welcoming, organized environment and strong teamwork.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and written communication skills are essential.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.
• Experience in automotive, retail, or parts environment is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers.
• Assist with inventory control, receiving merchandise, stocking shelves, and cycle counts.
• Contribute to store operations and continuous improvement initiatives.
