Responsibilities

• Greet retail/walk-in customers and assist with merchandise selection.
• Promote company customer service programs (Hi-5, Low Price Guarantee, etc.).
• Assist managers and installer service staff with professional customers as needed and directed.
• Process exchanges and returns per policy and handle customer complaints.
• Maintain cash drawer, process payments and reconcile cash handling.
• Perform in-store services and basic vehicle-related tasks as trained.
