AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs.

You will maintain inventory, assist with product selection, and support store operations while contributing to sales and customer satisfaction. This role welcomes individuals with automotive interest, strong communication skills in Spanish and English, and a flexible schedule.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, overtime.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions through clear, professional communication.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment. Support team members and demonstrate leadership in daily responsibilities.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience, while contributing to sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Use structured processes to complete tasks efficiently; follow safety policies and PPE requirements.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
