Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years to apply.
• Physical ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and contribute to sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organized shelves, and follow proper store procedures to ensure smooth operations.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Read diagnostic codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
