Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs.

The role involves assisting customers, stocking and organizing inventory, and contributing to store performance metrics with a focus on safety and proper procedures. Automotive knowledge and bilingual skills are advantageous.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Bilingual English and Spanish is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a motivated store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, keep inventory organized, and follow POS procedures with loss prevention in mind.
• Follow company safety policies and wear PPE to maintain a secure work environment.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and suggest solutions.
