AutoZone is hiring a Retail Sales Associate to be on the front line of WOW! Customer Service. You’ll help customers find the right parts, keep the store organized, and support daily operations with a focus on sales and service excellence.

The role values automotive knowledge, teamwork, and the ability to communicate effectively in both Spanish and English. A flexible schedule includes mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• ASE Certification is desirable.
• Strong communication and customer service skills in English and Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and expert advice.
• Maintain well-stocked inventory and support store operations.
• Promote products and promotions to meet sales goals and store metrics.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
