Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in Texas to help customers locate parts, offer automotive advice, and keep the store stocked and organized. You will work with the team to hit sales targets, operate the POS, and uphold safety standards.

Ideal candidates are bilingual in Spanish and English, customer-focused, reliable, and able to lift merchandise. Automotive retail experience and ASE certification are a plus; flexible availability includes mornings, nights, weekends.

Qualifications

• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide automotive advice.
• Collaborate with team to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to meet sales goals.
• Restock merchandise and follow point-of-sale procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure store.
• Maintain up-to-date product knowledge and promotions.
• Read vehicle codes with diagnostic tools and suggest solutions.
