Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 years to apply.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends and overtime.
• Basic automotive parts knowledge preferred.
• ASE Certification preferred.

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products and promotions to boost sales and KPIs.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow structured processes and PPE policies to maintain a safe store.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts and promotions.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
