Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. is hiring a Retail Sales Associate in Boothwyn, PA. You will engage with customers, provide expert automotive advice, and help customers find the right parts and solutions while contributing to a positive store environment.

This role requires strong communication skills in English and Spanish, basic automotive knowledge, and flexibility to work mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed. ASE certification and automotive retail experience are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Product knowledge: stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions through AutoZone systems.
• Diagnostics support: use diagnostic tools to read codes and recommend solutions to customers.
• Customer assistance & communication: engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Inventory management & store operations: restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow POS procedures and loss prevention policies.
