AutoZone in Reno, NV is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right auto parts and solutions, provide expert advice, and deliver WOW! Customer Service.

You will assist with product selection, maintain inventory, and support store metrics in a fast-paced retail environment. Flexibility for mornings, evenings, weekends; minimum age 16; physical ability to lift and move merchandise; ASE certification and prior automotive retail experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Basic automotive knowledge is beneficial.
• Experience in automotive retail is preferred.
• Excellent communication in English; Spanish useful.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert automotive advice.
• Maintain well-stocked inventory and follow POS procedures.
• Support achievement of sales goals and store performance metrics.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions to customers.
