Qualifications

• Minimum Age Requirement: Must be at least 16 years old to apply.
• Physical Requirements: Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible Schedule: Includes mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive Knowledge: Basic knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Exceptional Communication: Bilingual English/Spanish.
• Automotive Retail: Prior experience in automotive retail preferred.
• Certifications: ASE Certification (preferred).

Responsibilities

• Customer Assistance & Communication – Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Leadership & Teamwork – Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Sales & Metrics Mindedness – Recommend products, services, and promotions to boost customer experience and store metrics.
• Inventory Management & Store Operations – Restock merchandise, organize shelves, and follow POS procedures.
• Process Orientation & Safety Compliance – Follow processes and PPE to maintain a safe work environment.
• Product Knowledge – Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Diagnostics Support – Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
