Job summary

AutoZone is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find parts and solutions for their automotive needs. You will assist, upsell, and teach customers, while keeping the store organized and safe with team members.

Flexible schedules are available, including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime. Automotive product knowledge and ASE certification are preferred to support diagnostics and service excellence.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with automotive products and provide service.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to maintain a productive store environment.
• Recommend products and promotions to hit sales goals.
• Restock and organize merchandise; follow POS procedures and loss prevention.
• Follow structured processes and safety policies; wear PPE as required.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes and suggest solutions.
