Coulter Services is seeking a Retail Service Specialist to deliver outstanding customer service and support daily store operations. You will assist customers with parts lookup, product selection, and basic automotive questions while maintaining shelves, cleanliness, and safety.

You will process sales and returns and handle cash in line with company policies. The role emphasizes teamwork, policy adherence, and a positive customer experience on the retail floor.
