Genuine Parts Company, in a NAPA-brand store, seeks a Store Pro to serve as the primary customer contact, delivering automotive parts solutions for both retail and wholesale customers. The role emphasizes a strong customer experience, product knowledge, and responsive service within a fast-paced retail environment.

Responsibilities include operating POS and inventory tools, assisting team members, and coordinating deliveries to ensure efficient logistics and fulfillment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• Valid Driver’s License is required.
• Strong communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills are essential.
• Customer-focused mindset with strong listening and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to learn automotive parts and technology systems.

Responsibilities

• Provide accurate automotive parts solutions to retail and wholesale customers.
• Deliver a consistently positive and engaging customer experience.
• Utilize product knowledge to assist customers and support team members.
• Operate systems including POS, inventory/catalog tools, and communication devices.
• Maintain high energy and customer focus in a fast-paced retail environment.
• Support store operations including transactions, inquiries, and general workflow.
• Build relationships with customers to drive loyalty and repeat business.
• Coordinate and dispatch deliveries, pull and prepare orders for customers and drivers, and support efficient logistics and fulfillment operations.
• Contribute to store performance and continuous improvement of store processes.
