Qualifications

• Strong communication skills for customer interactions in Spanish and English.
• Customer-focused attitude with ability to upsell and meet sales goals.
• ASE Certification is preferred but not required, depending on role.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert automotive advice.
• Engage with customers to deliver WOW! customer service and resolve questions.
• Maintain organized, well-stocked inventory and follow POS procedures.
• Support store operations and contribute to achieving sales goals and safety policies.
