You’ll engage with customers, assist with product selection, stock shelves, and contribute to sales goals through excellent service and teamwork. The role involves processing transactions, following safety policies, and using diagnostic tools to understand customer needs.

Qualificações

• Basic automotive parts knowledge is helpful.
• Strong communication skills in English; bilingual Spanish/English is a plus.
• Flexible schedule with mornings, nights, weekends and overtime as needed.
• Prior experience in automotive retail is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers in selecting parts and provide expert advice to ensure satisfaction.
• Engage with customers and maintain positive interactions through clear communication.
• Help restock merchandise, organize shelves and follow store procedures.
