Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. seeks a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right parts and solutions while delivering WOW! Customer Service. You will assist with product selection, share expert advice, and contribute to a positive, knowledgeable retail environment.

You’ll work with a team to maintain inventory, support store operations, and drive sales through friendly, clear communication in both English and Spanish.

Qualifications

• Minimum age 16 to apply.
• Able to lift, load and deliver merchandise as needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime.
• Automotive knowledge and strong communication in Spanish and English preferred.
• Experience in automotive retail is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers with product selection and provide expert advice.
• Deliver WOW! Customer Service and exceed shoppers' expectations.
• Maintain organized inventory and follow POS procedures.
• Support store operations and work as part of a collaborative team.
