AutoZone, Inc. is seeking a Retail Sales Associate to deliver WOW! Customer Service by helping customers find the right parts and solutions for their automotive needs.

You will assist with product selection, maintain stock, and support store operations while promoting a positive, knowledgeable environment. Ideal candidates have automotive knowledge, strong communication skills in English and Spanish, and preferably ASE certification.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum age 16.
• Ability to lift, load and deliver merchandise.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, nights, weekends, and overtime as needed.
• Automotive knowledge preferred.
• Exceptional communication in English and Spanish.

Aufgaben

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and assist with product selection.
• Suggest products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and meet store goals.
• Maintain organized merchandise and follow POS procedures, inventory controls and loss prevention policies.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from customer vehicles and recommend solutions.
