Job summary

AutoZone, Inc. seeks a Retail Sales Associate to help customers find the right automotive parts and solutions and deliver WOW! Customer Service. You’ll assist with product selection, share expert advice, and support store operations.

Responsibilities include engaging customers, teamwork, achieving sales goals, maintaining merchandise, following safety and POS procedures, and staying up to date on parts knowledge. Bilingual Spanish/English a plus; 16+ years old preferred.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of automotive parts preferred.
• Strong people skills and excellent communication in Spanish and English.
• Experience in automotive retail.
• ASE Certification.

Responsibilities

• Engage with customers, provide trustworthy automotive advice, and ensure positive interactions.
• Collaborate with managers and teammates to create a motivated, productive store environment.
• Recommend products, services, and promotions to enhance customer experience and hit sales goals.
• Restock merchandise, maintain organization, and follow proper POS procedures.
• Follow safety policies and use PPE to maintain a secure workplace.
• Stay up to date on automotive parts, tools, and promotions.
• Use diagnostic tools to read codes from vehicles and suggest solutions.
