Valley Honda in Aurora, IL is seeking an Automotive Parts Professional to manage the end-to-end parts sales process and work closely with technicians and service advisors to identify parts needs, locate items, and prepare estimates.

This role requires 1-2 years in autoparts sales, strong organizational skills, safety awareness, and a can-do attitude. A reliable, punctual team player who thrives in a fast-paced dealership environment will excel.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience with autoparts sales (Honda autoparts sales preferred).
• 1-2 years experience in dealership with Reynolds & Reynolds preferred.

Responsibilities

• Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish.
• Work with parts team to locate any parts that aren't in stock.
• Complete special order part request for the customer.
• Communicate with customer on parts status frequently.
• Collaborate with Technicians and Service Advisors to determine parts needs and create estimates.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
• Keep up to date on products, maintenance requirements, and other services.

Automotive Parts Professional

Salary Range: $40,000.00 to $50,000.00 per year

Schedule: Monday-Friday 8am-6pm with one weekday off, Saturday 8am-4pm.

Job Summary

This position's focusis working with and through others, building and maintaining relationships, and working closely and accurately within established guidelines. In this fast-paced environment, you must handle needs quickly, correctly, and efficiently.

• 1-2 years experience in dealership with Dealer Management System (Reynolds & Reynolds preferred)

Primary Responsibilities

Requirements

• Physically able to perform assigned tasks (lifting85lbsor more,kneeling, bending,walking,and standingfor prolonged periods)
• Must have a valid drivers'licensewith a good driving history andno record of reckless driving
