Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team in the United States.

This professional role combines expert automotive parts knowledge with store systems proficiency to assist DIY customers in person and by phone, identifying parts and offering solutions. Key duties include driving sales, enabling DIY services such as battery installation and wiper replacements, managing inventory, and upholding high customer service and store appearance standards.

Formación

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, operating manuals, and parts catalogs.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
