Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in the United States is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge, store systems expertise, and diagnostic capabilities. This full-time role involves parts identification, battery testing/installation, wiper installs, inventory duties, and maintaining high standards of customer service and store appearance.

You will handle POS and parts lookup systems and help guide solutions for customers.

Qualifications

• Automotive parts knowledge and parts lookup proficiency.
• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in a retail environment.
• Able to operate store systems and POS.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away and cycle counts.
• Maintain cleanliness and appearance of the store.
