Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge in our stores across the United States. The role requires expert store systems knowledge and strong customer interaction to meet sales and service goals.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE P2 certification or readiness, and a proven ability to source parts from multiple channels, including special orders. Valid driver’s license is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• ASE P2 certified or ASE-ready equivalent.
• Proven sales ability in automotive parts.
• Ability to read safety manuals and parts catalogs.
• English; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
