Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in Blakely, GA is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert part knowledge and in-depth store systems usage. You will assist on the sales floor, handle phone inquiries, and perform services like battery installs and wiper replacements.

Ideal candidates have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, ASE preferred, and strong communication skills. This is a full-time on-site role requiring reliability, safety awareness, and the ability to work varied shifts.

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
