Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Ability to read safety rules, parts catalogs, and procedures.
• Strong communication and relationship-building with customers and peers.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Perform key holder duties: assign tasks, ensure safety, open/close duties.
• Assist in inventory processes including stock, counts, and back stock.
