Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert car parts assistance and high-quality customer service in our Blakely, GA store. You will leverage deep parts knowledge, diagnose customer needs, and support advanced store operations from inventory to checkout.

Strong communication, part identification, and proficiency with store systems are required; ASE certification is preferred but not mandatory. This role is full-time with opportunities for growth in a busy DIY environment.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service and selling skills.
• Strong knowledge of automotive parts and systems.
• Proficiency with store inventory and POS systems.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store Cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
