Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY functions with expert knowledge of store systems and parts. The role involves identification, troubleshooting, sourcing from multiple channels, and maintaining inventory accuracy.

The candidate should have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience, strong sales skills, and ASE certification is preferred. Responsibilities include leading DIY services, customer service, and opening/closing duties.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Strong knowledge of store inventory and parts sourcing.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment, safety, open/close duties).
