Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert knowledge in automotive parts and DIY services. The role emphasizes GAS2 selling, high customer service standards, and responsibilities such as opening/closing duties and managing inventory.

A valid driver’s license is required, and ASE certification is preferred. Candidates should have 3–5 years in auto parts and strong knowledge of store systems and parts lookup.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Ability to locate and stock parts.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Read safety rules and manuals; write simple correspondence.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
