Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro in Woodsfield, Ohio. This full-time role requires expert knowledge of store systems, automotive parts and DIY services, including battery installation and testing, wiper installs, and parts lookup.

You will drive sales, support customer transactions, and maintain store presentation with strong service standards. Must have 3–5 years of automotive parts experience and the ability to source from multiple channels.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Ability to read safety rules and maintenance instructions and use parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
