Job summary
Advance Auto Parts in Cadiz Township, OH is seeking a Retail Parts Pro for a full-time role requiring automotive parts expertise and strong customer service. You will leverage store systems and parts knowledge to assist DIY customers, perform battery testing and installation, and support inventory and sales goals.
Qualified candidates have 3–5 years in automotive parts, a valid driver's license, and are comfortable with English; ASE certification is a plus.
Qualifications
- 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
- Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
- Certificates, Licenses, Registrations; valid driver's license.
- ASE Certification preferred, not required.
Responsibilities
- Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
- Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
- Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
- Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
- Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
- Assist in store inventory: truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
- Store cleanliness: floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
- Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
