Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert knowledge of automotive parts and store systems. The role emphasizes advanced identification, sourcing, and warranty/service delivery in a full-time capacity.

Responsibilities include driving sales, managing DIY services such as battery installation and testing, and ensuring top-notch customer service and accurate parts lookup.

Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Ability to read and interpret parts catalogs and safety instructions.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, open/close duties.
