Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert knowledge of automotive systems and parts. The role emphasizes accurate parts identification, advanced troubleshooting, and a focus on inventory management to meet sales targets.

The position requires strong communication with customers and teammates, familiarity with store systems, and the ability to perform DIY services such as battery testing and installation. Prior auto parts experience is essential.

Formación

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsabilidades

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers in-store and by phone.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and testing, wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Fulfill key holder responsibilities (opening/closing duties, safety, task assignment).
• Assist in inventory processes such as cycle counts and back stock.
