Job summary

A leading auto parts retailer in Bessemer, Alabama is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide exceptional service to DIY customers. This role requires expert knowledge of automotive parts and systems, along with proven sales experience. Responsibilities include managing DIY services and achieving store sales goals. Candidates must have prior automotive parts experience and a valid driver's license. ASE certification is preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability in fulfilling customer transactions.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation.
• Achieve store sales goals.
