A leading automotive parts retailer in Birmingham is seeking a Retail Parts Pro. In this full-time role, you will provide exceptional service to DIY customers, utilizing your expertise in automotive systems and parts knowledge. Responsibilities include sales support, managing services like battery installations, and maintaining store standards. Ideal candidates have 3-5 years in automotive parts, strong communication skills, and are ASE certified (preferred).

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus); communicate effectively.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service.
