Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to provide expert assistance with DIY projects and advanced parts knowledge. You will help customers in-store and over the phone, handle part lookups, and support service tasks such as battery installations and wiper replacements.

The role requires strong product knowledge, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work flexible days including weekends. ASE certification is a plus but not required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
• Speak and write English (Spanish a plus).
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers (in-store and phone).
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
