The role requires 3-5 years of auto parts experience, a valid driver's license, and strong English communication. Bilingual ability (Spanish) is a plus. Flexibility for varied shifts is expected.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services like battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Handle key holder duties (open/close, task assignment, safety).
• Assist in store inventory processes including cycle counts and back stock.
• Ensure store cleanliness and proper stock organization.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
