Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with expert parts knowledge and in-store service. You will engage customers, perform battery installations, testing, wiper installs, and use store systems to locate parts.

Ideal candidates have 3-5 years automotive parts experience, strong sales ability, and English communication; Spanish is a plus. ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license is required.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with past transactions.
• English language proficiency; Spanish a plus.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services (battery installs, testing, wiper installs).
• Maintain high customer service and store appearance standards.
• Handle key holder duties (opening/closing, safety).
• Assist in inventory, back stock, and store cleanliness.
