Job summary

Advance Auto Parts, Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support DIY customers with advanced parts knowledge and store systems. You will drive sales, deliver excellent service, and perform DIY services like battery installs and wiper replacements.

Requirements include 3-5 years in automotive parts, strong communication in English (Spanish a plus), and a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred. Availability for weekend shifts may be required.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience
• Valid driver's license (required)
• ASE certification preferred
• Ability to read safety rules and manuals; follow procedures
• Proficient with basic math and parts lookup systems

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties)
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
