Qualifications

• Proven sales ability with customer transactions
• Must have a valid driver’s license
• ASE certification preferred but not required
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customers and calls
• Achieve personal and store sales goals
• Manage DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installs)
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance
• Perform key holder duties (opening/closing, safety)
• Assist in store inventory processes (cycle counts, back stock)
• Keep floors and parking areas clean and organized
• Provide DIY services including battery testing and installations
