Job summary

Advance Auto Parts in South Carolina is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts knowledge. This full-time role requires expert store systems knowledge and strong customer service during in-store and phone interactions.

Responsibilities include providing GAS2 selling experience, achieving sales goals, managing DIY services (battery installation, testing, wiper installations), and upholding store appearance and safety.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with customer transactions.
• Speak and write English; Spanish a plus.
• Driver's license required.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
