Qualifications

• Valid driver's license required.
• ASE Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read and write in English; Spanish is a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Word and Excel; basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, and wiper installs.
• Maintain high standards of customer service and store appearance.
• Fulfill key holder responsibilities: task assignment, safety, and opening/closing duties.
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, and back stock.
• Maintain store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, and parking area.
• Operate inventory systems and POS and parts lookup systems.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation and testing.
