Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert parts and service knowledge to DIY customers in-store and over the phone. You will support battery installations, testing, and other DIY services while aiming to meet sales goals and maintain high store standards.

The role requires 3–5 years of auto parts experience, a valid driver’s license, and ASE certification is a plus. This full-time position offers health benefits and opportunities for growth within a busy retail

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license is required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals; basic math and Excel skills.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers via in-store and phone interactions.
• Achieve personal and store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services such as battery installation and wiper installs.
• Maintain store appearance and safety; handle key holder duties.
• Assist in inventory processes and ensure product availability.
