Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to deliver expert automotive parts knowledge to DIY customers in-store and over the phone. You will drive sales, support battery testing and installation services, and maintain a clean, safe store environment.

The role requires 3–5 years of parts experience, ASE certification is preferred, and a valid driver’s license. You’ll work a full-time schedule with opportunities for career growth within the company.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Must have a valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred but not required.
• Ability to read safety rules and parts catalogs; experience with inventory systems.

Responsabilités

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customers and calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation and wiper installs.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance; perform key holder duties.
