Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY services and parts lookup for customers in-store and via phone. The role requires expert knowledge of automotive systems and inventory processes, with duties including parts lookup, service offerings, and multi-channel sales support.

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years in automotive parts sales, a valid driver's license, and ASE certification as a plus.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience in fulfillment of customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal/store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
