Advance Auto Parts Inc. is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY sales with expert knowledge of store systems, automotive systems, and parts.

This full-time role handles part identification, sourcing from special orders, and uses inventory processes to meet customer needs. You will assist DIY customers in person and over the phone, perform services like battery installation and wiper replacements, and help keep the store tidy, safe, and compliant.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Must have a valid driver's license.
• ASe Certification preferred, but not required.
• Ability to read safety rules, parts catalogs and manuals; write simple notes.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, cycle counts, back stock.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
