Advance Auto Parts is seeking a Retail Parts Pro to join our team. This professional role combines expert parts knowledge, store systems proficiency, and strong customer service to support DIY customers both in store and by phone.

You will handle advanced identification, troubleshooting, and sourcing from multiple channels, including special orders, while maintaining inventory accuracy and high standards of store presentation. Full-time position with opportunities for ASE-certified advancement.

Competenze

• 3-5 years of automotive parts experience and proven sales ability.
• Valid driver's license; ASE certification preferred.
• Ability to read safety rules, manuals, and parts catalogs.
• Strong customer service, communication, and math skills.

Mansioni

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
• Ensure high standards of customer service and store appearance standards.
• Key holder responsibilities (task assignment and completion, safety, open/close duties).
• Assist in store inventory processes including truck put away, shoot outs, cycle counts, back stock, etc.
• Store cleanliness including floors, bathrooms, facing, dusting, parking lot.
• Provide DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs.
