Job summary

Advance Auto Parts is hiring a Retail Parts Pro to support advanced DIY customer needs in-store and over the phone. The role demands expert knowledge of store inventory, parts sourcing, and automotive systems, with a focus on high-quality customer service and accurate parts lookup.

The position is full time and requires ASE readiness or equivalent experience. Expect a dynamic environment with opportunities to lead DIY service tasks and maintain store appearance and safety standards.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of prior automotive parts experience.
• Proven sales ability with experience in fulfilling customer transactions.
• ASE certification preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Provide GAS2 selling experience for DIY customer visits and phone calls.
• Achieve personal / store sales goals and service objectives.
• Manage DIY services including battery installation, testing, wiper installs, etc.
